the problems i faced with my family and i were quite a hassle with maintenance. one of the problems included a mold problem my wife confronted them about it for a month until she had someone outside look at it, then maintenence stepped in and PAINTED over the mold on the wall. that is unacceptable on top of all the BS. there is question that they are taking out and collecting the water bill and having everyone pay the same amount. and just before we moved my wife mentioned legal and now they want to get involved' too little too late. They will now get what is coming to them. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
