My husband, three children, dog and cat are all new residents in a 3 bedroom townhouse in this rental community. The place is HUGE, which has been a true blessing! We have both a front and a back door entrance, a patio in the back where we can cook out and a walkway in the front that provides enough space to plant a modest flower garden. We've had a couple of very minute maintenance issues and maintenance staff arrived promptly and pleasantly made all necessary repairs. The office staff is also pleasant, polite, respectful and friendly. I can honestly say that this is the nicest rental community that we have lived in here in VA Beach. Rent is higher than I wish at $1300 per month, but that seems to be the going rate for a 3 bedroom rental in this area. The place is huge, even the kitchen!!!! It was very clean when we moved in and the community is very quaint. Parking is assigned, so there's never an issue. I park right in front of my door.
The only complaint I have about this rental is that the pool has been closed most of the time I have tried to use it. There seems to be an issue obtaining staff on the weekends. This is somewhat of a disappointment to me, as I love to swim and the only time I am not at work is Saturday and Sunday. Nonetheless, this is a great place to live! My family is very happy to be here!!!!
Ah yes, there is noise from OCEANA, not unruly neighbors....
