I have been living at Eastwind Apartments for over 2 years now. I have not had problems with the office staff, and actually they are extremely friendly if you give them a chance. We have had minor maintenance issues, but that is to be anywhere you live. I think the worse part of living here is the residences who do not pick up their dog's little "presents". It is irritating to walk your dog at night and step in someone else's dog poop. The office has done what they could to stop this problem, but they cannot babysit 24 hours a day! There was some construction around the area I live about a year ago, and that was a little annoying. I sometimes hear my neighbor's TV, but it is not something that gets on my nerves. It is to be expected sharing a wall with someone. My husband and I are staying here until we find a house to buy.

I agree about hearing TV and people walking above...and neighbor coming down the stairs, and hearing neighbor taking crap in downstairs toilet next door but hey it sorta can be made out of by moaning like I'm having s3x. In other words, the water are paper thin. Hope you get quite neighbors your out of luck
