Our 1 bedroom apartment is huge, but we have had problems in the almost 2 year we have lived here. First of all for management, Melissa is very nice and helpful, Laura is not at all. Second, we made arrangement from Fl to move here because my husband is military, and what they say or promise is not the truth. There website says tennis courts, not so much. Also when we signed the lease we were promised a fullsize washer and dryer within a month. After delivering a stackable one 7 months later to be stored in the corner of my eat in kitchen, it then took them another month of workers coming in and our of my home to instale it. There is mold in our bedroom, the windows are paper thin so you can hear the jets flying overhead at all hours.
But on a happier note, all the appliances are brand new and the tile, toiet and cabinits throughout are also brand new. We have wonderful neighbors and have only had one incident with a black guy trying to break into my husbands car, but I walked out to take out the trash and he ran, scary.

I find Laura to be much nicer and give a straight answer. Melissa changes prices. So if I were you, you may ask Melissa a price for something but do please go behind her back and ask Lisa how much it would cost--you may get the RIGHT price from Lisa and wrong from Melissa. I was going to be set up to pay $325 more on two things!
