Should have known from the second I met ------in the office she was gonna be a pain. Dumb and disrespectful. Doesn't care about anyone. Everything sucks, especially the plumbing and the windows. Don't waste your time with these idiots.

Definetely better then Emerald Point, but a bit hypocritical. While we lived there, we saw some one get a new puppy that was a banned breed on their list. We reported this b/c we had a dog we had living with our parents b/c she was on the banned list, & ------stated she wouldn't discuss other resident's animals. There was a grandfathered rule, but this pup showed up after months of us living there, so he for sure wasn't grandfathered in! Other then that, not terrible. Maintenence was GREAT, office staff were average.

Absolute lies, I have lived at Eastwind for almost 2 years now and had very little problem with anything on the property. The windows suck, but they were great at Emerald Point and we had roaches, termites and crack heads. I will take bad windows over bad neighbors. ------is awesome she helped us downsize to a new apartment this year, saving us $500 a month in a bad economy. They have been great to work with. Believe what you want but this is one of the best apartments in VA beach.

I can't wait till summer. Having a private fence-in-area will allow me to tan my white ass. The only problem I have is there will be no choice for a cable and internet service. COX will be missed. HD will cost an arm and leg with Mosiac. Plus satellite is going to suck. Windows do suck.
