I have lived here almost 1 year and I cannot wait til the comes that I can sign my lease somewhere else. Laura, the proprty manager is not helpful at all. If you are in a situation she does not care. All she cares about is her $$$$$. The staff here is not polite at all. If they need to leave a notice to you they leave it on your door rolled up. You sometimes dont get the information being put out. I would not suggest comining here.

Paying rent is a hefty fee and sometimes cuts close to the 2nd of the month. So its understandable but as a business they need to strive the importance of not being late. I understand thou. Laura is very kind to me ::knock on wood:: We communicate a lot in email and I strive to get the best out of East Wind and my 2-bedroom town home. Good luck.
