I have lived at this property for several years. My husband is military, and we actually have never had a major problem with this property (other than the normal things that happen living somewhere- leaks, clogs, etc.). If you treat the office staff with the respect that they deserve (they are people too), then there should not be a problem. I think a lot of people have the idea in their head that they are out to get you, and they are just there to do their jobs. I am happy to see the improvements they have done since being here- new light fixtures throughout the house, blinds, door handles, fans, and now the new fences.

Not sure if you have a 3 bedroom townhouse like I did or something smaller. The rent was ridiculous and if we would not have moved out the rent would have went up to 1300 a month, please!! When you add in the over 200 dollar a month electric bills cause the heat/air sucks, the 72-77 a month water/sewer bills and the 50 dollar a month storage fee cause there are hardly any closets you would be looking at over 1600 a month then another 25 a month for renters insurance. Instead we bought a nice house with a new HVAC system, large backyard and workshop/shed and are gross bills will be at least 100 dollars less a month. Plus my infant daughter was on allergy medicine and constantly sick in our place from the time we moved in there at 4 weeks. She even was on breathing treatments. In the 4 weeks we have lived in our new house she is completely off allergy medicine and not having the constant runny nose and cough. It could be the mold that would grow on anything that got wet. Who cares about stupid new fences when the windows suck. Oh, and I loved my neighbors who would come home almost every weekend drunk and have screaming cursing matches and lock eachother out of the house.
