Rent is going up too much

The office staff has been mainly nice and helpful. Maintenance normally will be out the same day. Have had only one problem with that. That was when my AC went out and it took them three days to come and fix it. That was not acceptable since I have a small child living with me.
The rent price was good for the size of the apartments but I just found out that when I renew my lease that my rent is going to go up $120. It just isn't worth what it is going up to. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
