Um, I would like to know why the office staff is writing on this website trying to make it look as if they are residents' That is pretty bad when you have to go write "fake" things about your community to give it a higher rating. I do not work at this community, but I am in the business and a couple of the posts on here sound exactly like that. I have not lived at Emerald Point, but know people that do, and it is not the best neighborhood to live in or around. Check out the police crime reports on the Virginia Beach Police website and you will see what has gone on as current as last year.

Actually i wrote a review and i DONT work for them! I have lived here for about a yr and 1/2. If you work in the business you need to get fired for making such assumptions.
