Well I am in the industry myself and I have worked there in the office with the staff. I know first hand they are very rude and they have no respect for anyone. I can understand how it does get tireing dealing with bad residents who also have no respect for the property. You are always going to have issues with a property that is this big and 40 years old. But never the less IT IS NOT THE RESIDENTS FAULT!!! IF IT WERE NOT FOR THE RESIDENTS THESE PEOPLE WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB!!! Keep in mind that you as a resident have all the rights in the world..you CHOSE to live there and they should be happy. You can always go straight to the sourse...THE OWNERS AND THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY...if you make enough noise they will listen...also being in the millitary use it to the fullest get them involved in your issues. YOU DON'T OWE THEM NOTHING!! THEY OWE YOU...#1. A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE #2. WORKING A/C AND HEAT #3. PLUMING #4. MAINTANCE #5. AND A GOOD STAFF!! If you pay your rent and do what you are suppose to do then why are you putting up with all the crap''' TAKE A STAND, RESERCH IT AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT...!!!
