When my husband and i first moved in there were so many things wrong. Here goes, carpets had stains all over when i vacuumed there was a walmart bag full of junk from the floors, outlets hanging out of walls, toilet and shower never was cleaned, neither was the stove, kitchen sink was leaking, mini blinds were broken, door knob broke, maintenance supposedly ordered a part for the bathroom last june and still waiting on it we have to put our foot on bath tub wall to pull our shower knob. windows very thin and drafty, cigarette stains in bathroom, it could go on. Its not worth all this for what we pay for and we pay for all utilities except garbage removal, and sanitation. the only thing that is good is the area and lots of room in apartments. We may have been unlucky.

You're not unlucky sweetie..sounds like you're living in a NASTY place..it's TOTALLY their fault not yours!
