I lived at Emerald Point in a one bedroom one bath. It had lots of small problems that maint people seemed to fix( If you complained enough) Office staff were full of B!tches and never cared about helping others in the comples unless you were Black and I'm far from racist. But I tell it how I see it. Neighbors some were nice others were two faced rats. The cops were always in that place for some reason loud neighbors,people fighting etc... If you don't park in between the white lines you ride will get towed no matter what you tell the tow truck driver. Well that changed and now you have to call the officer manager for whom you dont have a number for so you best bet is to get a 4X4 and tow them yourself. And I've heard things changed since they have a whole new staff and under different managment. But good luck with that h3ll hole that's considered the GHETTO.And you'll live next to sex offenders at chaple lakes so watch your young ones.
