I have lived here for a few years and have seen dramatic improvements to the property since the Breeden Company took over. When driving through the community anyone can see the management company is working to complete what they promised. There are often contrctors on ladders working to replace windows, people delivering washers and dryers, and landscapers working on flowers. Of course these things can't be completed overnight--there are hundreds of apartments here! I guess the people complaining are blind if they can't see the work crews! The office staff has improved through the changes as well--any concern I have ever had has been addressed in a timely manner. I am planning to renew! Oh, and the bug issue people are discussing is crazy---there are million dollar homes that see a roach every once in a while!

Hey I don't think the management or staff of Emerald Point are supposed write reivews on here. Every comment that you wrote is a lie and I don't know which Emerald Point you live in, because it sure isn't the one I stay at!!!! Please let me know what apartment complex you are talking about...

i moved into emerald point about three months ago... and while there were problems with my apartment when i very first moved in the management fixed them promptly and i am completely happy with my apartment... its BIG, you can paint however you want, and if i need something all i have to do is call and it is fixed ASAP. its quiet, and i'm surrounded by people who are fun and who have become my friends... and NO... i don't work for Breeden. i would tell anyone to move in here... the rep is old... its a good place to live.

I agree with this review! The "donotlikeemeraldpoint" guy is out of his mind. You can tell he/she lacks intelligence from his/her writing...therefore his response lacks accredidation. Im 22y/o and have lived here for almost a yr and have no major problems. Like i said in other reviews....if ur apt has rats you probably dont clean up after yourself. If u got kicked out, you probably deserved it and were a ------ tenant. If you are paying over 1000 for rent and are complaining, you are stupid for moving into an apt when you can get a mortgage with that money. Use your brains! ASK TO SEE AN APT BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE!!!!!!!!

I agree i just moved into these apartments a couple of weeks ago and yes i did have a few problems with things but they were fixed in the first 2 days of being here. the management staff is great and very helpful and friendly. i dont have problems with bugs or anything like that. every apartment is going to have some problems you cant expect anything to be perfect. these apartments arent brand new but they are in my opinion very nice considering the age of them. the maintenance staff is also very nice and helpful. my neighbors are the nicest people and so far we plan on staying here for a while.
