If you are considering moving here then follow these simple directions: DON'T DO IT!!! These apartments need to be torn down and totally redone! Management will make you feel all nice and warm about moving here but they just really want another sucker to accept a new lease. You might as well get to know your maintenance guy by his first name because you will see him a lot! They come out and temporarly fix problems. Don't ever let them enter and no one is at home because your items will become part of their homes. Have kids that want to play outside' Well I hope they like to play in dog poop because they are going to get to know it pretty quickly. The management doesn't care about you as long as you give them your rent every month. Don't even think about trying to do your laundry here because they still have the same machines from 1980 and you are lucky if even one of them works. Don't think any of this is true' Ok, sign the lease and let them make an example out of you.
