There's too much to have time to explain about why this place is so bad. When I moved in, the apartment was full of fleas (even though i had new carpet & no pets!!) and it took months to get rid of them. I had one bathroom which due to a problem with the lines would overflow onto the floor at least 5 times a week for several months before they finally offered to move me, and then did not make good on without transfer fees and moving costs. Too many nights to count i was told "we have to wait for a plumber, please do not use your only bathroom until tomorrow"... There are empty storage rooms that are not being used next to the apartments, at one point a homeless person had apparently been living in the room next to my bedroom and actually broke through my bedroom wall on a Sunday morning. I screamed and he fled, but there is a police report on file in Virginia Beach just in case you want to check it out.
My parents came to visit for Thanksgiving and I was extremely emberrassed when we we had to get up in the middle of the night because a rat the size of a possum had come in from one of the units... The apartment apologizes for the unit being a dump but does not work with you at all. I am a very easy going person, and I put up with a lot but these are the most outrageous people I have EVER EVER dealt with. Just don't do this to yourself!!!!!!
