This place is a terrible horrible no good very bad place to live!! For starters, the maintenance SUCKS. The a/c units here are constantly broke, we have had 5 visits to get it fixed, each time they stick a thermometer in the vent where the cold air trickles. There are huge bugs, roaches waterbugs, whatever. They are here and they are big!! Rodents are a huge problem, if you live on an upper level, expect to hear them chewing on something in the attic above at random hours of the day. The staff are used car salesmen and con artists. It is practically impossible to get out of the lease and expect the rent to increase convenientally to coincide with the military pay raise. If you are military, you get the $50 discount each month, but with the price of water, gas, electricity, the whole housing allowance is gone. We had to move to VA on short notice and I guess we were too desperate!! Just don't move to this hellhole because you will regret it!!!

Give it time. This is a Breeden owned apartment. Their poor management, greed and under dealings will make themselves known in no time!
