I lived there from Feb 03 until Feb 04. When I signed my least, they told me that if I got anyone else to sign a lease, I would get 300 dollars. I got 3 other leases for them but I only got paid for one. I had roaches, I had mice, I had a huge hole under my kitchen sink, so who knows what vermin creeped in and out of my apartment. I was military and when I transfered out of the area, they tacked on a whole bunch of extra fees and such and put it on my credit while I was on duty in Iraq. The playground areas where substandard, I lived across from a child molester, and the apartment above me had Meth dealers. Imagine sitting in your living room and 40 US Marshals come charging at you! Heck, they should have paid ME to live there.
Now, the apartment itself was spacious, with lots of closet space and it was clean with new carpeting when I moved in.But leaks from the upstairs blumbing damaged the carpet, and they held ME responsible.
Many of the "amenties" did not work, or were substandard (pool, tennis court, playgrounds, club house)so I felt "overcharged" on the rent.
Move there if you have no place else to go.
