I have never had so many maintenance problems in my life. The top of our kitchen cabinet is falling apart due to a leak from the roof. There is actually a hole in the top of our cabinet that sprinkles pieces of particle board all over the cabinet. When told about this problem the maintenance said it was "normal wear and tear." Our dryer has not worked properly since we moved in three months ago and we've had contracted people out who have told us and the office that the hose is clogged and it needs to be cleaned out. has that been fixed' OF COURSE NOT! We are now without AC and despite the fact that I have a 16 month old baby they are taking their time to fix the AC, we've been hounding them for a month! This place is horrible, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

You too with the a/c?? We have been there 5 or 6 times in the past 2 months about the a/c. Someone comes and beats the back and says it's fixed. Today I saw them replacing a unit--well not really. They just switched a very old one out with another old one. But if all else fails, get a window unit from the NEX or somewhere for less than $150. It will make an amazing difference!! Several people have done this because it's too hot to put fixing it in their incompetent hands and with a baby.. ugh. I have a baby and an asthmatic daughter.. But please, consider a window unit of your own!! You won't do any structural damage at all and they are very easy to install.
