this place is a health hazard! the day thay i moved in here, there were dead raoches, crickets, ants and many other bugs all over the "newly" cleaned carpet. we were also told that we were going to get a 2 bedroom with w/d hook-ups. well, we didn't get hook-ups. instead, we had to walk down the block to go to the "laundry room". the laundry room NEVER worked right. the washers and dryers were so old that they were always being worked on. they had all of them shut down for a month for "repairs". so we had to walk 2 blocks to another laundry room. clothes are always being stolen or taken out of your washer or dryer so other people can use the money you put in. kids poor bleach in the washers and dryers as "gags". completly trashing your clothes! roaches are over the entire neighborhood! i'm talking about the sidewalk, laundry room, dumpsters, parking lot, in the homes...ect. the patios were falling apart! i complained the day we moved in that the balcony rail was held on by STRING and 1 bolt. it was so dangerous. i wouldn't let anyone on the balcony for fear they would fall off. they never fixed the problem and told me they would fix it next summer. haha. that never happened. parking is a nightmare! after giving birth, i had to carry my newborn baby about 2 parking lots to my apartment because eveything else was full. we almost never got a spot in front of our place. only some apartments have a reserved place. the staff has no idea what they are doing. my husband and i moved in under the military rate. which means our downpayment is our first months rent. so they charged us 1 months rent for the down payment plus the rent for that month, and 4 days later they charged us again because they said that they forgot to tell us that the military apartments were full and we moved in as a regular renter. we had to take out a $1000 loan just to pay them rent! i was so pissed. just do yourself a favor and dont even look at these places!
