I have lived at Emerald Point apts for over a year now and I couldnt believe all these bad reviews. I have great neighbors and I feel safe. The maintenance is just like any other community. For the location the price is awsome and the staff is very friendly and helpful it has improved a lot in the last couple years. I plan on renewing my lease!

Oh you silly silly office staff people.. Why don't you spend more time worrying about your residents' needs than coming on here trying to up the ratings? Your apartment complex sucks, you all are rude, and your maintenace staff is lazy!!!! The ratings on here speak for themselves!!

I'm about to move in and they have been bery respectful towards me and my husband and i believe that if these people are having these many problems then go take them to court. These are apartments people they are not going to be homes but if this was a home reviews there would probley be just as bad??? but I jusr say go try living in Newport News. Va Beach seem luxuray compared to Newport News Apartments. I'm excited for the move and everybody needs to stop hating and move out for all the other people that want to enjoy it!!
