I heard about this place through military housing cause they do the RPP program. One of my buddies from the ship decided to move in and then because he referred me he got $100. I have been here a little while now and the place is alright. My apartment is old but its close to the beach and near work. I had a maintenance problem when I moved in and they fixed it right away. It's way better than living on the ship, and I have a buddy moving in next month, so I get $100!!!
