Maintenance for the most part is useless. We go into the office or call to let them know something is wrong and majority of the time they don't even show up. They say they will fix things and they don't. I have to call The Breeden Company to try to get anything done. We don't feel safe in our apartment. Someone has already tried to break in a few times since we've lived here. I don't recommend anyone living here.
