I lived here for aprox. 11 months and the only reason why I left is becasue I had to transfer, although it can be a little noisy at times (which mostly came from the cars riding by) it was one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow, but overall I would live here again if I were moving back to VA. Crime isnt bad like some people have wrote, no matter where you live something can because of the area you may subject to crime so if you make urself a target than you will be one. And that is anywhere in Hampton Roads. No apartment complex around is 0 safe and if anyone tells you that then they are lying. Great price for location and size and the grounds are well kept. Oh if you dont like jet noise dont move here.

Well i'm about to move there with my husband and he is navy sooo we are under the RPP program and they made him sign a letter saying that we will report to them if there is any problems. but I agree no matter where you go you are going to get problems if your make yourself out to ba a target. But i'm reading all this and i'm thinking if there are all this problms i would be in there talking to the landlord. But i look at it nothing can be worst where I use to live and where i live now and i'm looking foward to moving there in a week!!
