I have been living at Emerald Point for a couple of years now. I just had a problem with my neighbor that moved in a few months ago. They constantly had people coming in and out, and they would get totally wasted and cause problems for me and my other neighbors. I went to the office to talk with the property manager and she ended up taking care of it. They just moved out, thank God!! We have the usual apartment living stuff going on, and the maintenance can be kinda slow, but at least they take care of it. The girl in the office that takes the calls has actually been calling me back! Where I used to live, tehy would never come to fix anything. Overall, it's decent apartment living until I can afford to buy a house. Some people just need to calm down.
