Ok the Pros first. Great looking on the outside and well maintained grounds and pool areas. Staff is so so when it comes to issues. Cons- apartments are really old and need a rehab bad. Gas leaks, water leaks, bugs, faulty wiring, outdated appliances and major sewage problems are enough to drive you out and fast!! Walls are paper thin like most apartments so theres been several sleepless nights. Im on my 9th time since Jan 07 of a sewage backup flooding the floors and bathroom. 7 times there wasnt anything done about it but a stare and a couple of mumbles and maintiance left and never came back! Stove leaked after the first couple months and that took 5 atempts before threating to call Gas Co and Codes office for inspection. Then they finally brought a new stove and dropped it off on the front lawn and left. That new stove went in the apartment next door because they were getting that ready for the next sucker not knowing that it was mine. They had to rip it out of that place and bring it over here. That was after a complete day of waiting at home for them to install and days pay lost from work. Bugs are horrible here and they are non-stop since I moved in. I could go on and on trust me but take the free advice and move on. Ive been in 7 different rental places and this is FAR the worst!! Prepare to spend extra doe a month for washing your clothes. Laundry mats here are horrible and I would say 70% of the washer and dryers do not work. You may get a unit that has been converted with a stackable unit but will pay a extra $45 a month for it. Some areas of the complex seem pretty safe while others are pure ghetto. I lucked out on that part just watch when and where you go to wash clothes. I complained that the laundry mat in my complex was extremely nasty (condoms, leaves, bags of old clothes) and instead of fixing the problem they closed and boarded up the mat forcing me to travel to another complex to wash.

They did the same thing to my dishwasher that they did to your stove. Just dropped it outside my door and there it sat for days until I had to call and ask if I was to install it myself. Three days after that the guy came and put it in. Over the course of a whole year in that dump, I had a working dishwasher for 3. And I had to gripe and moan and threaten to hold my rent in escrow for them to change it!

Well best of luck there!! I since moved out and broke my lease since the last time the sewage backed up and I discovered black mold throughout the walls and floors. I stayed sick when I lived there. They let me out of my lease after alot of bitching and the regional manager coming to take a look. They wanted to just replace the carpet that was effected (not the wood floors and walls) and move on. Mean while wanting me to move all my furniture outside for a couple days while they worked...!!!??? Never again...
