Do not move to Emerald Point Apartments. I have only lived here for a couple of months, but I cannot wait until my contract is up. I have to kill bugs daily because the doors don't fit in the frames correctly. My washer and dryer are so old that they barely work (I dry my clothes 2 to 3 times per load) plus I pay $45 a month for them. I have paint peeling off of the walls and my carpet is not actually installed correctly. In order to have any work done, I have to call maintenance 3 or 4 times. I also had to buy an air purifier because of the nasty smell coming from the building in general. It is hard to find an apartment that will allow dogs, but I would rather pay more and live somewhere else. My car is nicer than this place.
