I have been here for a little under a year now. Where do I begin:
1. There are huge water bugs in my apartment. The guy has came out 5 times and they still are here.
2. The rent is not worth it. Move somewhere and pay a little more instead of here.
3. I can't wait until I move out my move out date is at the end of March and I can't wait to leave.
4. There staff turnover is terrible. If staff members don't want to be here why would residents' Every time I go in the office there is someone NEW! They don't know what they are talking about. There are only two people who know anything Amy and Kristina. To my surpise Kristina is gone (no surpise at all). If you are looking for correct information PLEASE talk to AMY!
5. I hear gun shots. I have told the office and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to call the police.
6. I have asked the property manager to cal me several times and I haven't even got an response yet.


DO YOURSELF A FAVOR MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I yet to see a rat in my apartment but I been told they are here. The one thing I can say that's good is the office looks great!

The guns shots are from the navy range. The water bugs...we call them roaches are common and worse in other places; not that we saw any here, but they are very common in this area. I have not noticed a turn over in the office, just the pregnant girl coming back and yes Amy is great. I have have some noisy neighbors here and there and the parking can get rough but we have lived in Harpers Square, Birdneck Apartments and Emerald Point apartments...trust me of those I just listed this place and Harpers is the best and they offer no amenities at harpers. This is a rental community get over it.

I hear gun shots often too! and yes the roaches are horrible worst that I have ever seen, and your right the turn over in the office is horrible no one ever knows what is going on because they wont stay there long enough to figure it out...this place is pathetic! to the comment below your right this is a rental community and I have lived in many rental communitys but this is by far THE WORST!!!!!
