My apt. still floods after pestering the office over and over. I'm sure some people have a good experiance here... but don't risk it.

I have not heard of anyone having a positive experience there. Well, I did...I left over a year ago and my only regret is that I gave that cheap jerk Breeden a dime. Stay away from all Beeden properties its all the same.
