Do NOT move in here.

I've lived in this apartment for 3 years. We moved in and immediately we noticed the plumbing is bad. The toilets don't flush ever and we've had to call maintenance out over 100 times literally since we moved in. Our door knobs have snapped off, our AC broke and soaked our whole floor, leaving the floor boards under the carpets up. All they did was give us a fan to dry it up until they got out to it. Our hot water heater busted, leaving one of my bedrooms flooded until they say convenient to fix it. Our kitchen sink knobs snapped off and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. Recently, the sink broke AGAIN and it took them 2 weeks to fix that. They said the pipes were clogged which makes no sense seeing as I took the pipes apart and there were nothing in them. On the side of the building, we have sewage and they have yet to fix that. The AC freezes up so much it's to the point we don't even bother anymore. The electrical outlets are so loose your cords just fall out. There's only 2 cable hook ups. The master and the living room. Only one phone hook up because the wiring is so old. We had a bedroom window SHATTER just opening it and they said it was a non-opening window yet it had locks' The laundry rooms are dirty, not kept up, gang vandalism all over the walls. Do NOT bother doing your laundry there because it's like washing your clothes in bugs and filth. The water from the laundry room backs up outside and into the floor of the building itself. We've had our rent raised 200 bucks at a time when it's not even worth it. They tow your cars without warning and tell you there is nothing that they can do. The parks are ill kept, the slides itself seem dangerous and I wouldn't recommend letting your kids on it. Drug dealers all around the area. There's always glass busted in the parking lots and other paved areas. The hallways of the general apartments always smell horrid. The mail boxes break so easily and are so small that they practically rip your mail shoving it in the box. When the pools are open, they decide when they want staff to be there and open it or not. Our ceiling lights. One of the sockets are shot and you can't use it, so the lighting in the room is dull without lamps. We had termites on our walls and they came in after like a week to fix it. The people upstairs complained about the termite problem because the termites were destroying their stuff so the apartment management KICKED THEM OUT. Once they moved out, new people continuously move in. They jump and make banging noises all day long. Music blares to the point you have to complain to the people in the other apartments. We have water bugs, recently found roaches, spiders, and even slugs I discovered in the shower the other day. You have to call maintenance plenty of times before they actually come out. If they help or fix the problem, you have a miracle. I say the ONLY, if ONLY thing good about living here is the fact that there are stores in walking distance. I strongly advise you don't move in. We're currently looking for a new apartment to live in.

Wow... I lived there in 2000, and I had all of the same problems. The termites was the worst of them all, though... I woke up one moring to them swarming all over me & my bedroom. Talk about nightmare!!! I see that it hasn't changed ONE BIT. I got out after my year lease was up. Good luck!

I somehow seriously doubt that someone who has had ALL these issues and the community is still up an running!?!?! I get so sick oof when people complain to EVERYBODY else but who the people they need to complain to. If you follow proper protocol you shuldnt be having these issues. Ive lived here for about a year and a half and have only had 2 issues. For the price that im paying and for the location Im getting a damn good deal...find some other way to let you frustrations out like telling the truth... ;-)

This person is telling the truth. I had mold in my apartment for 5 months before they came out to fix it and all they did to fix it was use canned spray paint. Plus, the AC was out for three months before they fixed it and it lasted a whole month before it went out again. The best part of it all is that I was prego and they still didn't care. The shower was never fixed nor the carpet were it was already ripped before I moved in. Now that I am out of that place they are trying to charge me $1,000 plus 6% interest and $49 for their attorny's fees. All over that small rip in the carpet. So who ever you are who thinks that this doesn't happen then you must be living there with your eyes closed, ears pluged, nose covered, and mouth sown shut otherwise you would notice this stuff as well.
