I left a $99 deposit and $201 advance payment on first month rent. When I changed my mind expecting them to keep the deposit and refund my $201 back to me, that didn't happen. They kept my whole $300 and refuse to give it back. These people will Steal your money.DO NOT GO THERE

The application clearly states that if you cancel within 72 hrs your application deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE. If not it isnt. There is nothing we can do about something that is CLEARLY stated on the application signed by the applicant. Thanks.

I understand that but the deposit was only 99 dollars. They did not give me my 201 dollars I gave them in advance for rent back/
