We've been living here for over a year since I have been stationed here. Overall it sucks. The rent is way to high for such a small apartment. The living conditions suck and they say they care, but they dont. All they want is for everyone to pay rent so they can buy more flat screened TV's for the leasing office and to make that place look like a mansion living quarters. There is no such thing as customer service here. They have not taken my rent out and then decided to take it out after the grace period and tell me that I have a late fee. Dont trust these people. When you drive by here to look for a place... keep driving. They dont deserve anyone's money. This place should be flooded out or burned down to the ground by some natural disaster. Oh one more thing.... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!! Gun shots are heard as the thug life gangsters play around here.... Terrible laundry room... Gang writings and people smoking pot while you try to do laundry. Or you have the construction guys whacking off to some girls panties.. Yes, this did happen.. Me and my wife walked in on this. This place is the epitome of filth.

If you are in the military and living here... if your orders come out and you dont go tell them before the first of the next month... you are responsible for it. Right now they are trying to do that to me when I in no way could have gotten up there due to personal issues with family. So obviously they dont care and all they are after is money. These people are stupid civilians that DONT understand how military orders work and how the government works. Orders are orders... THEY TELL YOU TO LEAVE!

Again... THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!
