I have never lived at a place that sucks so bad. Something is always leaking. It takes forever for the leak to be repaired and then you have to worry about mold because of the length of time the wall was wet. You'll either have to place a call for your a/c not working or your heat not working. They never seem to fix the problem so you will have to call every other day. Then you have to worry about the a/c leaking onto the floor. All they do is remove the water. No one follows up. The flooring has asbestos. I am always sick and having to go to the doctor. Do you think they would care. Not really. Maintenance lacks in skills all together. Anyone that knew anything is now gone. Now we are left with a group that is either high or stoned due to their drug use. If they are not already high or stone they spend their time looking for someone on the property to sell them drugs. The only time anything gets done is if you threaten to call the city or the news.

The leasing staff acts like they care about you, but that's a joke. All you are is a bonus to them. Once your in the door they could care less. If you are not new blood walking in they won't even notice you. I call and leave message, but never get any return phone calls from them and if you do happen to get them on the phone they are so rude. They sit around an talk on there cell phones and don't pay attention.

The new property manager isn't any better. We miss Kathy. At least she got things done. He never returns calls and I seen him argue with a resident in front of an office full of people. They can't order a new stove, but they can send out the whole office to collect rent payments.

My neighbor has had an ongoing roof problem for months. Do you think that they would fix it. No. All they do is patch the roof and the next time it rains it leaks again. Do you think they would help him at all' His stuff is ruined and they don't care. They expect him to live there and continue to pay his rent on time. What a crock of bull crap.

They send out these violations notices for blinds, but when I went to get them from the office like the letter stated I could, they didn't have any. Why send a letter saying you could get them if you didn't have them. Just another supply they don't have. They have money to spend on cookies, coffee & candy, but can't get the stuff they need to fix something the right way.

I can't recall how many times we have had a sewer back up. It takes them forever to respond and then when they fix the problem they leave the mess and we to smell it until we call the office. In the event you can't get the office to do something you can call the City and then see how fast they do something.

Just as I was moving out of this hell home they had a fire. I heard on the news that about month after they had another fire. Turns out they have had several.

They advertise that they have 17 laundry rooms onsite. What a joke. Laundry room doors are ripped off, lights busted out and the machines don't work half the time. If you get lucky and do find working equipment, don't walk away from it. You may come back to find some sicko jacking off in your under garments.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Run if you can.

You pretty much summed it up!! Don't forget the rats and roaches that infest these apartments. You can be the cleanest person in the world to the point of OCD and lo and behold, there is vermin everywhere.
