I ve been living hear for 2 half years. one problem is the animal dropping everywhere on the grass but i gatta blame that on residents, u smell it when walking by. Take it from me it better to live in the Private entrance area side, behind the Leasing office side. U dont have to to worry about loud neighbors. office staff is very freindly mostly femles.Parking is a problem at night but always a place to find. Maintenace is slow depending on apartment issue but still gets adressed no later than 48 hrs, which is understandable cause of small maint crew. rent goes up yearly which i hate. but at night hardly nobody outside no gunshots, city cops patrol weeekly. Its not the best area but not bad to complain about. Pretty safe enviorment at the end of the day!

I agree with anonymous, this person must be kidding or a staff member. I lived there for about 5 years our of necessity only, it is horrible!! "U dont have to to worry about loud neighbors. office staff is very freindly mostly femles." You have to be joking right?????????

You are lucky then not to have rats creeping into your kitchen through the furnace closets in the back or huge cockroaches. I have been through the "private entrance" aress and those are overcrowded,and easy crime traps because most are cul de sacs with no way out. There's no better option to live in this place. It's disgusting all around. Even the main street to the leasing office isn't all that great.

I agree that a staff member wrote this... They gotta make sure their ratings stay above 20%!!! lol!!! This place sux... they finally repainted the hall since 2 apartments in my building were empty but they only did it to sucker them into it... I'm sure of it!!! I can't wait to leave... I'll be putting in my notice to move out shortly!! WOO HOO!!!!

I hate Emerald Point! I have lived here for about 7 months now and I cannot wait to get out of here when my lease is up in May. I hate the roaches and the staff don't give a damn about you....
