I've only live here for about 4 months. Im not from the area so i had no idea what to expect. The first morning I woke up, I thought a plane was coming through the walls.. I guess this is normal for around here... Im still not used to it (It happens all day just about everyday... i here one now) If you have pets becareful where you take them, there is a lot of glass on the property grounds.. im not sure why.. but it hasnt gone anywhere in 4 months. If you dont mind kids screaming at the top of their lungs outside when its warm out, you should have no problems. I didnt have much time to look for an apartment, i wish i wouldve looked around more. On the UPside. Maintenance is fairly quick. The office staff is always very friendly. And the apartment is in fair condition for how old the buildings are. I think the prices are pretty steep for what you get. But it'll have to do for another 8 months. Do yourself a favor and look around before commiting to Emerald Point.

EP Is a ghetto, these are not even touching the problems to not live here. Crack heads in the laundry rooms, drunks by the no loitering signs, termites. Breeden should be ashamed of himself. His wife is some outspoken nasty thing that tells people what to do with their animals and complains when people take them to shelters and gets her panties in a bunch, when their properties charge HUNDREDS in this horrible economy to take a dog in their properties. I say not only stay away from EP stay away from ALL breeden properties, he is a slum lord and needs to be run out of the beach.

I completley agree with hmmoore. This place turns more ghetto with every year that passes by. There are rats and roaches and a new manager who is more obsessed with the blinds than whether or not the tenants are burning the apartments down with their carelessness. The leasing office is also more concerned about the upkeep of their office than the apartments. Aside from the school system being decent, I don't recommend this place to anybody and I have lived here for 3 years. I am moving soon though!!!
