I've had some good days in Emerald Point. However, the bad days put those good days to the few and far between category. Don't be fooled. This place is like a bad relationship. Once you're in here, it'll cost you about $5,000 to break the lease; since most people can't s*** that kind of money at will, you're stuck in a hole until when''' Oh they talk a good game, but take it from one of their "exes", you'll want someone to die before your 365 days is up.

Anyone who lives in the little what they call jr suties, is most likely paying for the water to the apartments above them. The piping is off. I think that the city needs to be called in along with WAVY 10 to investigate this whole place. Alot of messed up stuff happens there and they just laugh.
