I was here for almost two years and have seen both good and bad! I've learned over the years that apartment living is what you make of it. For the price and location you really can't beat it. I had easy access to the interstate and any type of leisure activity I wanted. It's an awesome location for getting to the beach. I did have a few maintenance issues but the apartments are old so it was understandable. The office staff is CRAZY!! In a good way though. Whenever I had time to go into the office to make a payment I left with tears in my eyes from laughing. There are a lot of nice places in Va. Beach but I wouldn't mark this off your list if you're an understanding person. Good Luck!!!

This is a person who works in the office. The people who work there are complete idiots, their are crack heads that hang in laundry rooms or right in front of your house. You call the office about it, they tell you to call police. There are drunks who hang out there and the office knows about them, and kind of laugh them off. We had horrible bugs, not the water bugs, talking so many termites it gagged the carpet guys who came to check the sub floor. DO NOT MOVE HERE...it is the nastiest place in VA Beach

I assure you that I don't work there. I actually lived on St. Bernard Square until I was transferred with my job. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience but don't call me out to be something that I'm not unless you know!! My experience was nothing like the one you just mentioned. Enjoy your weekend.

That place sucks maintenance staff all do drugs the leasing agent is --- and so is the property manager what kind of place is this drugs,gangs,fires its ghetto.

I'm reading this just as another apartment, this time on St Bernard's square, is going up in flames..St. Bernards square..Where you used to live. Kind of shoots your credibility to the ground. This is the 5th fire since I moved here THAT I KNOW ABOUT.

In the last 2 1/2 years there have been several fires. There are at least 7 that I know of personally. I think this property needs to be shut down. The last fire sent someone to the hospital. WHAT IS THE CITY GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? You can't expect a --- property manager who has no experiance in the business to know what to do. They need to bring back the old regional manger and Kathy. At least then you had people who really cared about the property.
