Well let me start by saying, CHECK YOUR APARTMENT BEFOREEEEEE you move in. Since DAY ONE we have had nothing but trouble, we are now (May 09') on our THIRD Fridge since we moved in back in Dec. 08'. We have had 5 kitchen drawers fall COMPLETELY apart with just pulling it out! Our heat stopped working back in Jan. but that WAS a quick fix. They were quick to fix everything that has gone wrong, HOWEVER, why did it happen in the first place' Ghetto I tell ya, not the people around the neighborhood but the way the apartments are built and maintained! Washer/dryer SUCKS, takes 10 rounds to get your clothes dry, we have had to go to a laundry mat to do laundry, WHEN WE HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER WHICH WE PAYYYY FOR!!!!!!!!! Oh here is the best part, our back door was kicked in, our house trashed, jewlery/money stolen. And the office staffed just chuckled!!!! They are careless(not 1 lady tho) and just there to make a buck off of ya!!! Problem is, this place could be so much nicer than it is. I love the big bedrooms, and the nice sized bathroom. But what is up with the maintence'! Its not hard to spend a little extra to make peoples LIVING areas nicer! Yall aren't hurting for money that bad! Well on a recommendation to someone at this point I would/have told them how it is and and might have changed some minds!! When I moved in people I knew lived in the neighborhood which I didn't know they did, and told us to move out and not move in before it was too late, but it WAS too late and now I see what they were talking of!
