Absolutely horrible. Period. Takes weeks to get anything done with maintenance, will not ever answer calls or return emails made to the maintenance. The only way to get the ball rolling on anything is to go straight up to the maintenance office every single day. And even then, it's just a matter of luck. They will intentionally go above and beyond to find a way to nickel and dime you. Appliances are horrible and most are original, so at least 40 years old. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm moving out the DAY my lease is up and also looking for a lawyer to attempt to shorten my lease because NOTHING has been fixed in the apartment in the last 3 weeks. Also, all landscaping is done at about 7 in the morning, so say good-bye to sleeping in. Parking is horrible, poorly laid out. Just a MESS!!!!! My safety light has been broken since before I moved in 5 months ago. It's just not safe. Building material is horrible, forget hanging anything up. Staff in the leasing office/maintenance office will be completely and totally unprofessional and will be extremely short and snappy with you.

this is an accurate picture but there are so many more problems here. The best thing to do living here is call the city inspector at 385-4421, they are so not up to code on a lot of things that go on there. I had them turned in several times and this is a great avenue to get things accomplished. I moved across the street about two years ago to Eastwind Village and have been very happy there. Emerald point is a ghetto plain and simple. Please avoid, and do not say we didn't warn you if you do move in.
