I lived here for a couple of years, and it was terrible. My apartment leaked everytime it rained to the point where my carpet was SOAKING wet. They never did anything about it at all. It got moldy and gross and ruined all of my furniture. When I finally was able to leave, they asked why I was leaving. I said because of the mold, and the leasing agent said, "oh. you have a jr. suite, huh'" So they KNEW this. They never fixed anything and I was living in a humid, gross, moldy apartment. Light in breezeway went out, and didn't get fixed for a month, so I was walking up and down dark stairs every night. I even had electrical problems where my bedroom didn't have any working outlets from the humidity. EVERYTHING broke, and the maintenance team never did anything.
