United Property Associates sucks! Jessica is rude and it takes several calls to fix something. When Jessica and the matience guy does monthly/every other month fire alarm checks/replace the air filter, they act as if they live there. I had doors shut for a reason and Jessica opened one of them and looked around. I DO NOT like that!
I had no idea that paying them instead of the water company is illegal, until now.
The parking is ok. The walls are paper thin, you can hear full converstations next door. If a neighbor has on a stereo, you freakin' hear it! If they slam a door, the windows rattle. When you are upstairs (if in a townhome) you do not hear the doorbell ring at all!
What broke the straw on the camels back was not being allowed to grill. We just have a small deck and we're not allowed to grill with our gas grill. We will have to move it through our townhome around the corner to a gazebo to use it.
The washer/dryer are stackable and they make a TON of noise! You can only wash one pair of jeans in them at a time along with a few t-shirts. It sounds unbalanced all the time.
The only plus about this area is it is safe. In a safe neighborhood.
