I currently live here at Heron's Point apartments. (nov 08) I'll tell you the management here is horrible. To get anything done I have to personally find the maintenance man and ask him personally to fix something. He does a great job but the manager never follows through with telling him about maintenance problems. There is no security. I have had my car broken into. They stole an expensive ipod out of my car. I had 2 expensive bikes stolen right from my back porch. Another tenant in my building had his apartment broken into. One other had a motor scooter stollen. That's not it. Another had a gps stollen from her car!!! The management did nothing.... Also the jets pretty much land right on the roof and our apartment backs up to the highway so it's super noisey constantly. The prices posted online are wrong. They charge way more than that. I pay $1160/ month. They promise alot when you sign your lease and deliver nothing. Now I'm over $800 worth of personal belongings in the hole bc of this place!!! Don't ever move here.
