First I have to start by warning everyone that these apartments are the smallest I have EVER seen! I have been living there for . When I finally saw the place (I was not offered a tour until I asked) I was so stunned by the fact that it doesn't have a living area that I didn't notice the rest of the apartment. When I signed the lease and had a good look around I cried! The 2 bedroom apartments are 400 square feet! I have had to sell off almost every thing I own. There are also serious issues with gnats/fruit flies. They are everywhere....no matter how clean you are. Amy (the apartment manager) is probably the only highlight of these apartments. Oh yeah! The noise.....the jets fly so close you have to hang anything on your wall really securely because the walls rattle. And they do that at all hours of the night! The laundry room is dirty and half of the machines work at any given time. And there are hordes of people hanging out in the parking lot most nights. I have also heard gun shots on many occasions from my neighborhood and the one behind it. A friend also found a bullet shell in the walkway to my apartment. And heaven forbid you don't have a pass in your window. They will tow your car in a heart beat. By the way....it's $125 every time they tow it. And the offices aren't open on weekends. Hmmmm I think that might be it. Oh yeah! The late charges....if you aren't paid on the first you get a 10% late fee. Not paid by the 5th you get a $208 lawyer and court fee. It's REDICULOUS!!!!!

yes the apartments are very very very small, they cost $600 now they are talking about going up to $620. What this place calls an apartment should be a place to store peoples belongings. The so called bedrooms have no space the ceiling is extra low. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF ALL NOW IS THE **ROACHES** THEY ARE EVRYWHERE in your kitchen, livingroom, bedroom even in the bathroom. The sad part about it is the landlord chose not to continue to take care of the apartment. If this place is your last option on renting an apartment trust me there is something better out there. So no i will not be renting from this place again. BE SMART , YOU SHOULDNT NEITHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
