I have lived in the worst of the worst neighborhoods so this is a big upgrade for me. I like the fact that you don't need a parking pass on your vehicles to park there, its quiter and I haven't seen or heard of any crime there. The AC didn't work at 1st and when I asked them to fix it, they came to fix it when they said they would. Still doesn't blow very cool tho. So far so good. My only two quarrells are that they hired some new help in the office after Megan left and they misplaced my rent check. So now I don't trust dropping anything in that rent box now. I go in the office now and pay right then. And I don't walk on the grass at all because of the dog doo doo you have to look out for.
