It's a good place if you are a young couple looking for a quaint little place to move to. Me and my girlfriend, who is physically disabled, by the way, moved in June of 2008 after being shocked that we were accepted for this place.

Office staff is friendly, and will help in any way possible. No question is dumb to them.

Shopping is nearby and is within walking distance, which is good for someone who doesn't drive. Just watch your back when cutting through the "other" apartment community which joins this one late at night, because when I was going to Harris Teeter at one in the morning, one tenant from the other apartment community was trying to follow me. On the other hand, the tenants here at this one are friendly and we haven't seen any problems.

The frequently-scheduled tenant gatherings (like the summer holiday parties) are good and gives new tenants (like me and my g/f) to meet other tenants.

There's too much I could write, but it may take up too much space. There's too much good around here.
