My husband and I moved to Indian lakes in March of this year and have had no problems. Well, we have had no unusual problems. Our heater was broken but they fixed it same day. Our roof leaked but that was the roofers fault and the office staff made the roofers come back the next day and take car of the problem. That is really it. Our maintenance guys are awesome! They are so friendly and hard working. The view from my apartment is a beautiful pond. There is definitely a sense of peace here.Yes there are ducks, but they work very hard to keep people from feeding the ducks and even pay to remove the ducks when they become too numerous. I like the ducks though. In the spring there are a bunch of baby ducks and it makes me smile. The complex has 2 pools and a spa. Tennis courts and a sand volley ball court. They are beautiful and very well tended.
This place is also extremely safe. I left my keys in my door and walked away (I had just burned my hand and wasn't thinking) they hung in my door for 4 hours! When I came back they were still there and my door was still locked and everything was still in my apartment. On top of that before I realized that I left my keys in the dorr and had not in fact lost them. I was able to go to the office explain my situation and get a spare key to open my front door. But that's the office staff, they are the most amazing group of people. They don't care what your question is they answer it with a smile. Even if you are just bored their door is always open. I highly suggesting moving here. You won't find a better place!
