I think the office should have sent out a letter. I live here with my daughter and walk my dog at night. This did not happen at Royal Point if the office tells you that, they are good at blaming things on them instead of just being honest. I have talked to people moving and it is unreal how this property has gone down hill and safety has become non existent. I am glad a older couple here told me about this site before they moved. I care about your safety and if the office has not notified you, I certainly will. When your lease is up, just move, it will be well worth moving cost. I have 4 more months and I myself will be gone. I understand that from time to time things happen but go to the site VBePro-neighborhood crime search and read the reports from this property alone. You too will be concerned.
