good property, horrible property manager.

I've lived here for about 2 years. It's a pretty good apartment property to live at. Good upkeep, fairly good maintenance, friendly neighbors.. The problem that I have is the Property Mananger, Amy Baker-Morris. Well, that is when she is there. She knows nothing about customer service. She is very rude and abrasive and I've heard her snapping at other residents while in the office.

I know the feeling...she acts as if it's really a bother when someone ask her a question. And you are right, that's when she's here.
