Latitudes is nice enough. It's in a good location with lots of shopping. However, there are many problems with this place. First of all, the apartments are SMALL. In calculating the square footage, they must include closets and bathrooms as living space because their is no way that the figures are right otherwise. Second and most importantly, the office staff, with the exception of Jennifer and Aaron, is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Kathleen (Asst. Property Mgr) seems to think her only job is to drive around on the complex golf cart and spy on the residents instead of actually trying to help them. Marcia (Property Mgr) is a total nightmare because she is on a power trip. If you have a pet, be ready to have a constant migrane due to Kathleen and Marcia. They charge $400 for a pet deposit which is ricidulous because the money is strictly for the PRIVELIDGE of having a pet, and does not go towards any cleaning or maintanence of the apartments. They constantly complain of being over budget for carpet cleaning and replacement even though they charge $20 per month AND $400 to have a pet. Anyway, maintanence is done fairly quickly in my experience. Overall, the management needs to get a life.

The person who wrote this obviously did not do their research on apartment costs. I am a resident and am happy to be here. The places in the area that I called (at least five places) charge around the same amount for a non-refundable pet fee (not pet deposit) and monthly pet rent. They tell you this up front as well as other places or at least if you ask. As for calculating square footage, I have yet to find somewhere that does not include bathrooms in their calculations.
