For a small apartment you will pay a steaper rent amount without any extra amenities. The windows leak which causes severe mold problems and when you ask the complex to fix the problem they clean it (after several times of asking)and tell you that the windows are going to be replaced which never happens. A couple of weeks later the mold is right back. Also, the appliances are old and are constantly coming apart and the doors are always falling off. Twice a heavy bifold door fell on my child and the apartment continues to put the old plastic piece in to hold the door up which continues to break and the door, once again, falls off. We finally had to just take the doors off completely to avoid injury.

The staff is really nice, but unfortunately nice doesn't make for a comfortable or healthy living condition. If they would spend a little money on the accomodations, it would be worth the price.
