Legends at the beach is a good apartment complex as far as the apartments themselves. Parking is terrible. I own 2 cars and if you come late at night, there is NO parking. I drove around for 20 minutes looking for an empty unmarked parking spot only to park in the fire lane where my car could've gotten towed. I have had my cars towed 3 times!!! It is absolutely ridiculous. I dont suggest anyone moving there.
